Female Code Lab was a success!



Last week on 15 and 16 December 2021, the Female Code Lab took place, which was co-organised by us (DATAWO) and Greek Women in STEM, Greek Girls Code and Girls In Tech – Greece, and was successfully completed!

We would like to thank once again all the co-organisers who helped in the implementation of this workshop with the excellent knowledge they shared and the interesting lessons they undertook, as well as the participants for their active participation, interest, comments and fruitful discussions we had.

Specifically, we would like to thank Chrysovalantou Kalaitzidou from Greek Women in STEM who helped us get a first idea of ​​programming and the Python programming language, Dr. Vassia Stefanou and Dimitra Charalambopoulou from Girls In Tech – Greece who showed us the practical application of the Python programming language through daily examples, Dr. Evangelia Balatsou, Elpida Vounzoulaki, Dr. Aspasia Destouni from the Greek Girls Code who introduced us to the R programming language, Dr. Angeliki-Irini Junta from the Greek Girls Code who introduced us more to the R programming language, such as by learning how to read data and recognise emotions.
