16 days of activism
19/11/2023
We participate in the global campaign organised by the United Nations (UN) “16 Days of Activism – Orange the World” which starts on 25 November, International Day for the Elimination of Gender-Based Violence, and ends on 10 December, International Human Rights Day.
The aim of the campaign is to inform the society and raise the awareness about the effects of violence so as to minimise the phenomena of all forms of gender-based violence (harassment, abuse, financial, emotional, sexual and psychological violence).
For us, every day is orange since November 2020 when we started this project, and especially since June 2021 when we were legally established, we strive through information and advocacy to eliminate all forms of gender-based violence in the digital age.
In order to listen to your needs once again, we would like to welcome this campaign a little earlier and take the time to ask you: What forms of gender-based violence in the digital age do you know/recognise?
We encourage you to share your answers with us and contact us either by sending a message to our email (info@datawo.org) or through the social media that you can find at the bottom of the page.
We look forward to reading your comments!
